Els gibraltarencs de m\u00e9s edat, de fet, encara poden recordar el venedor de <em>calentitas<\/em> m\u00e9s fam\u00f3s, abans i despr\u00e9s de la Segona Guerra Mundial: era el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/elguiridefarhana.wordpress.com\/2024\/10\/17\/calentita\/\" target=\"_blank\">Paloma<\/a>, conegut per tothom \u00fanicament amb aquest nom i que, segons Neville Chipulina, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/gibraltar-intro.blogspot.com\/2018\/10\/2018-gibraltars-hawkers-vendors-and_15.html\" target=\"_blank\">vivia<\/a> al carrer Luis Ramirez, 5, de La L\u00ednea de la Concepci\u00f3n. Foto: Gibraltar Museum.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La pastisseria i sal\u00f3 de te La Predilecta, situada a la part alta d\u2019<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.europasur.es\/gibraltar\/Gobierno-recepciona-proyectos-hoteleros-millones_0_616138797.html\" target=\"_blank\">Engineer Lane<\/a>, explica Chipulina que era propietat de la fam\u00edlia Orfila, un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/gibaltar.cat\/index.php\/2025\/05\/04\/reverend-orfila-un-capella-menorqui-a-la-punta-deuropa\/\" target=\"_blank\">cognom<\/a> \u00edntimament lligat a la comunitat menorquina establerta tamb\u00e9 al principi de l&#8217;etapa brit\u00e0nica de Gibraltar.
